Jamie’s background as a teacher and experiential educator has allowed her to create powerful learning opportunities in and out of the classroom for a wide range of students. Before joining our team in 2010, she held positions as a college professor, college prep tutor and GED instructor.
As both a Life Coach and the Student Life Director for College Excel Jamie helps to create the ethos, energy and direction of all our activities. Her knowledge and ability to take both the mundane of daily life and the fun activities that happen every week at College Excel and turn them into experiential learning opportunities is both remarkable and inspiring.
Jamie is a Certified Behavioral Coach. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and holds a Masters degree in Education.
