As a Learning and Development Leader with 20 years managing all aspects of training and growth for highly successful and Fortune 500 organizations, Fernando brings a good deal of experience to the College Excel team. He has developed departments from the ground up, reorganized and enhanced as well as managed and improved existing Training departments.
